Interlink Express Parcels Ltd . Waiting for a delivery today via a tracked item, only to recive an e-mail saying they were unable to deliver as no one to sign for the item and have posted a card. Mmmmm Realy.... No delivery van, No card.....Are these people using stelth, covert operations or do they have jedi powers or is it possible they move so quick they go back in time ???

Absolutely awful. 2 whole days waiting at home with no re-delivery, despite having e-mail confirmations and it noted on the log when I (eventually) got through to an operator. Terrible phone service, very hard to get through. Nobody takes responsibility, apologies are worthless. I ended-up cancelling the order and telling the retailer why.

I was in when the driver came to deliver the package but he didn't wait for me to answer the door. Drove off and left a note and now I have to wait 4 hours to go and collect it myself from Oswestry 8 miles away. A really awful service. Royal Mail used to take them to the local post office so I could collect them, but not now.
